SPOL is a registered member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Project Management Association (IPMA). From the SPOL point of view such global and qualified institutions are necessary in the world of projects. In 2004, SPOL received the worldwide recognised quality management certificate ISO-9001:2000 for its first class services and in 2007 the Swiss quality certificate EduQua for its training courses. Since 1988 B. Jenny teaches in schools, universities and organisations about project management and released books and publications about this topic. B. Jenny offers 20 years of experience in the area of projects. He gained vast experience in complex projects which makes him an expert in this area. Additionally, as a member of the "Masterboard" he significantly contributed to the gained award "Project-Excellence" by IPMA. It was the first Swiss company to win this award. B. In 2003 R. Heini joined SPOL and became a member of the executive board. Since then, he contributes to the company's success with his qualified experience in project management. R. Heini particularly gained vast of experience in the area of training which he applies in the SPOL Training Centre. Before SPOL, Mr. Heini worked as a Senior Consultant and was responsible for "Requirements Engineering". René Schwab, Member of the Executive Board
Since 2007 R. Schwab joined the executive board and became responsible for the department of Management Services. Through his long experience as a board member and director for reputable companies he knows the area of project management very well. SPOL benefits from his knowledge at the top management level, operational level as well as in the area of IT.
Every Year …the SPOL team is involved in over 55 projects from very different customers and conducts over 40 project reviews annually. Every Year …over 2'000 project managers and teams from reputable companies are trained by SPOL. Project and Portfolio Management are the major topics in the SPOL Trainings Centre. Every Year …the SPOL specialists/consultants support projects with over 500 hours of coaching. Professional techniques are applied to accomplish project success. |
